Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped.

  • Potential delays due to high volume or postal service issues will be communicated to you promptly.

Domestic and International Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hobby Estate is not responsible for these charges; they are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Refund and Return Policy

Return Window and Eligibility

  • We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return.

Initiating a Return

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Order Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception.

  • Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods.

  • We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Processing

  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
